Responsibilities:• Product and Quality testing of LV Switchgear which includes routine testing, and factory acceptance testing as per IEC 61439,60947.• Product Quality testing of 0.415kV to 132kV AIS, GIS which includes Routine testing and factory acceptance testing as per IEC62271-100,200 standards.• Having an in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001.• Testing and Commissioning of 33kV (GIS, AIS), 11kV, 6.6 kV switchgear panel including CT, PT, Circuit Breaker, Control Logic, Scheme testing, and Control relay panel up to 220kV.• Having an in-depth knowledge about lv components like CB, MCCB, ELCB, CONTRACTORS etc.• Hand on experience on REF615, REM615, RET615, REB615 series relays.• Knowledge of relays, protection schemes, and electrical components evaluation as per standards• Testing of various relays like Siemens and Schneider.• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager.• Demonstrating sound working knowledge of relevant processes and tools. Ability to train junior team members when needed.• Assisting the team in performing all checks in the process for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)• Preparing the technology centre's mission and vision, including roles, responsibilities, and competence profile.• Also visited the site and providing guidance to colleagues and more junior team members and sharing lessons learned.

And SIEMENS relay through SIPROTEC 4&5.• Transformer testing including Differential and Ref scheme stability tests and differential relay protection testing.• Testing, Commissioning and Configuration of the numerical relay of ABB REF, RED, RET series, Siemen’sseries, Alstom series relay.• Communication of ABB & SIEMENS relay through RUGGEDCOM Ethernet switch.• Coordination with Client in as-built scheme drawings submission and preparation of Test Reports.• Having an in-depth knowledge of LV components like CB, MCCB, ELCB, CONTRACTORS etc.• Relay testing on ISA, DOBLE, OMICRON test machine / kit.• Execution of Factory Acceptance Test for various ABB customers such as OPTCL, TATA Power, Torrent Power, Nagpur Metro, Mumbai Metro, Pune Metro, CESC, ADANI POWER, HPCL, IOCL, GNFC, Haldia Petro-chemical etc.• Interaction with engineering teams and customers for amendments and correction of drawings / schematic etc.• Program configuration for numerical relay (REF615, REM615, REF620, RED615, RET615 & others) as per customer requirement and approved drawings.
