• Manage operations to ensure it consistently meets it’s SLA’s/KPI’s and drive a high level customer advocacy• Reviewing and approving requests (Change Request, Planned Activity Request ,etc)• Improve BSS/OSS systems, processes and policies - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow management, business process and organizational planning.• Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies• Maintain administration, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the Business• Ensuring projects/promotions/products are delivered to business in a timely manner without issues• Administering OPEX/CAPEX budgets, performance reviews, and training.• Responsible for detection, analysis, resolution, measurement, and prevention of all Revenue Leakage problems• Coordinate with vendors/third parties to fix issues as required on Billing/Products Application and manage SLA’s and Contracts• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

- Detect, Analyze, Measure, and Resolve all Revenue related problems involving procedures, systems, and personnel.- Report all Revenue related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution, the status of the resolution to Digicel executives.- Reconciling daily usage process from Network Equipment to Mediation to Rating to Billing/Settlement- Conducting ongoing review of new offers and product launches to prevent Usage errors.- Responsible for the detection, analysis, resolution, measurement, and prevention of all Revenue Assurance problems and Product Fraud problems. - Assist the Manager in analyzing data trends that identify revenue streams being compromised.- Unix Support and Administration- Unix scripting- Writing SQL, PLSQL scripts (Oracle Database)- Managing and Implementing Projects

Key Responsibility:- Provide technical and functional support to the business primarily Customer Care, Sales, Marketing other Technical teams- Design, develop and implement Business Solutions to support business functions in accordance with standard business practices:- Problem Definition- Requirement Analysis- Solution Design- Solution implementation- Testing and Sign off- Support of Billing system which includes but not limited to setting up Billing procedures, designing and implementing promotions, troubleshooting charging issues, and supporting customer care on day to day queries- Training staff (Marketing, Customer Services)- Unix Support and Administration- Unix scripting- Writing SQL, PLSQL scripts (Oracle Database)- Managing and Implementing Projects- Performing system checks for Oracle Database- Manage junior staffs- Business Risk/Fraud Management- Content Management- Knowledge in Telecom, VAS and related technologies (like SMS, MMS, VMS, GPRS, IVR, USSD, Mediation, Billing, and Service Provisioning).- Promotion Configuration and implementation.- New VAS product setup and launch (Credit U/Call me/Transfer Fund, Self-care, APP, USSD)- Knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, VOIP, SMPP, API, ISUP, SOAP, MAP, TCAP, INAP and CAMEL protocols.
