About Kris Hoelscher

Hi, I’m Kris. For over 25 years, I’ve been a human resources and recruiting professional in St. Louis, working for small to mid-size firms, much of my time in advertising. I've learned that openness and communication are key in any workplace environment and know the value of fostering an enjoyable corporate culture.Along the way, I found my home at Cannonball Advertising as the group’s first dedicated Human Resources Manager. I’m passionate about every piece of the HR puzzle – guiding new employees, forming relationships and determining the best fit for every position. Making an offer to someone who wants the job is still one of my greatest joys.At Cannonball, we believe that great work makes impact.
