CurrentRecruited to develop and lead Cannonball's effort to formalize their HR functions and prioritize their most important assets, the employees. In my role as Human Resources Manager at Cannonball I am responsible for all Human Resource functions including: - Benefit management - Payroll administration- COBRA coordination- 401(k) administration- Annual reviews including peer feedback - Recruiting/hiring/on-boarding employees- HR policy review/creation- Employee relations- Employee practice liability issues- ... and anything else that hits my desk.
