Recruited to develop and lead Cannonball's effort to formalize their HR functions and prioritize their most important assets, the employees. During my time at Abstrakt, I was responsible for all the HR and recruiting activities, legal matters and property management for Abstrakt Marketing Group the first year they launched. It was an exciting position that allowed me to help a small company hire their first employees and start their rapid growth. I learned a lot and appreciate the relationships made along the way.

(IntelliCare was closed by their parent division in March 2009 after being purchased & consolidated more than one time.)· Recruited clinical, customer service, technical, administrative, and corporate staff.· Implemented and maintained the applicant tracking software system that served multiple locations across the country.· Acted as the primary contact for all candidates, recruiting firms, hiring managers, and support staff that had recruiting questions & or responsibilities. · Responsible for screening, testing and interviewing all open positions.· Worked with hiring managers to define and write job descriptions for new openings.· Consolidated and standardized all offer letters & other hiring documentation corporate wide. · OFCCP compliance (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program)· Initiated and managed other projects such as the annual Ambassador Summit and regional fun council· Successfully worked from a remote, home office for several years.

· This was a dual sales and recruiting role responsible for developing and maintaining hundreds of client relationships with company executives ranging from CFOs to department managers.· Facilitated the hiring process between company decision makers and candidates including: -- Writing and revising job descriptions with clients. -- Recruiting, interviewing & reference checking candidates for specific positions. -- Coordinating interview schedules with all necessary parties. -- Counseled candidates and clients on the procedural, emotional & legal aspects of hiring. -- Negotiated salary packages and bill rates.· Responsible for managing client accounts for the two firm owners. This included: -- Updating and maintaining the ACT database of clients and candidates. -- Writing new sales/marketing strategies for the company. -- Represented our company on college campuses and annual job fairs.

· Coordinated and maintained client relationships with 200+ company owners and general managers. This required coordinating multiple internal departments, sales executives and our clients. · Assisted in recruiting and hiring support staff. Supervised a small team of employees, created training programs, designed organizational systems, plus worked with a national sales staff and company executives.
