Responsible for company’s overall business from Patna centre. o Marketing and Pipeline generation:• Building network by developing and maintaining relationships with various top schools of Patna.• Arranging state-level and school-level seminars and workshops on “Law as a Career Option”, and therefore generating enquiries through these events.• Leveraging various OOH marketing channels like Hoarding-billboards, transit advertisement, leaflet distribution etc. across Patna. Also, ensuring marketing of institute’s events and programmes through radio ads as well.• Connect with established local media houses for newspaper advertisement and live media coverage at minimum budget, especially at the time of admissions and result declaration.o Pipeline conversion/Admissions:• Handling all the leads generated through marketing activities along with telephonic enquiries and walk-ins.• Follow up on the digital leads made available from head office and the in-house team.• Guiding the students/parents/guardians about courses being offered, addressing all their queries and finalize the deal.o Operations:• Ensuring smooth functioning of the Centre with respect to classes timings, coordination with faculties and students, timely availability of class sheets and test materials accordingly etc.• Professional counselling of students/guardians throughout their journey with the institute and addressing all their related concerns and apprehensions in order to provide best possible experience.• Taking regular feedback from students/parents about the institute courses, faculties, teaching methods and accordingly provide recommendations to the head office regarding improvement in current process, if anyo Other Responsibilities:• Keeping a tab on all the competitors and their marketing activities in the city.• Learning best business practices and devising counter strategies to remain leader in the market.
