-Provide guidance and leadership through individual trainings to a team of MET associates; Trainings include company policies, safety regulations and MET standard operating procedures. -Communicate effectively with various department supervisors and store managers to provide creative and strategic merchandising recommendations. -Gained experience implementing and coordinating day-to-day operations, policies, and procedures for my team in partnership with area supervisor and district manager. -Successfully execute time sensitive MET projects and initiatives that include but not limited to seasonal resets, new product introductions, quarterly store layout updates, point of purchase refreshes and display maintenance. -Monitor set compliance and verify that point of purchase materials and signage is ordered and properly set according to planogram. -Utilize company database daily to extract information about daily tasking, monthly projects and manage product inventory. Computer based systems include inventory management (BOLT)/(MOTO), project management (ISES), and time management (KRONOS).
