-Integrated the usage of AI development to create new assessments of existing member claims increasing productivity by 24% and reducing errors by 15%. -Developed HIPAA regulated reporting models/templates, resulting in efficient data collection and strategy to support business needs.-Provided insight among leadership through the analysis provided by third party vendors.

-Performed 100+ electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) and hospital certified finger blood glucose testing. -Took vital signs daily, such as blood pressure, oxygen levels, weight, and heart rate then received a certificate to enter the vitals into the patient's electronic medical systems.

-As I was the first student to shadow a doctor from the clinic throughout high school, I paved the way for others to have this experience to shadow and even become a part of the daily staff.- I was then brought in June 2020 to run the program. This is where I coordinated the entire system, to have each student shadow one of our doctors for 10 hours a week over the course of 8 weeks. All while still shadowing and being involved within the rotation.

- Within this role, I oversaw the online business of an LLC that had a total of 44 restaurants when I first joined the team, which has grown to 55 locations currently.-Analyzing the finances, business summary reports, and expected values allowed for me to increase revenue in my first year by roughly 9%, allowing the LLC to record its highest sales throughout its online presence.- Significant accomplishments include: Managing over $1.7 million of online sales.

-Assisted the director of operations with risk management and forecasting future revenue. While presenting potential opportunities to maximize efficiency.-Primarily focused on creating presentations on weekly sales reports to help illustrate areas of weakness and strengths. As well as helped integrate a new system used to replace restaurant orders and sales.

-Working directly with RWJ’s Public Health and Safety staff, they gave us resources and subjects to create lessons on to educate elementary schools about safety precautions.- Requires anywhere from 10-20 hours of work a week to travel, prep, and create new lessons about public safety.
