Learning And Development Consultant
Current• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content to support learning and development strategies• Develop enrolment process and manage program logistics before, during and after delivery of all L&D programs• Identify skills and/or knowledge gaps and recommend learning material to enhance performance across the organization• Support the development and maintenance of the learning and development budget, in collaboration with the AVP, Talent Development and other stakeholders• Monitor learning projects and curricula, performance, and provided timely reporting, allowing management better understanding of effective training on employee performance.• Utilize creative thinking skills to troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve day to day learner issues/concerns• Schedule and maintain yearly learning and development calendar of upcoming sessions and training• Design dashboards collecting LMS metrics and creating job aids• Design and develop creative solutions within LMS to integrate HTML, various media, and still images to capture learner’s attention through creative visual content.
