Working in Trust Product domain which covers all user journey. Started in community safety track, specified my focus to Community Support, where team and I are working on building/creating tools and products to enable. community support organisation to be efficient and create effortless experience for the Vinted member.

I focus on exploring and defining projects for the Trust & Safety team I lead. While working in a collaborative environment with the product development team, my main goal is to unlock growth by reducing any harmful activity on the platform by adding feature requests to the workflow backlog. Trust & Safety of the platform encompasses such responsibilities as leading the security team, improving current anti-money laundering related processes, working on increasing the efficiency and building automatized solutions, proactively preventing fraudulent activities, searching for new features and integrating/scaling them globally to provide a frictionless shopping & selling experience for the members of all Vinted markets.

As a Community Development Manager I worked on rolling out the projects to increase members well-being and raising internal awareness of the issues customers face. I prioritised improvements to the processes that the customer support team use and applied the best practices to reach maximum efficiency within the teams of all Vinted markets.My largest scale project was launching, scaling and improving the self-service solution (Help Center) for customers of the platform. I worked on creating the data-driven content of Help Center to answer platform usability related problems, escalating the issues customers encounter to the stakeholders, gathering members feedback and providing seamless experience.

While working in Vinted's performance marketing team, my main responsibilities were to; create a strategy, test the channel and release top influencers marketing campaigns for US/UK markets. Which included such activities as getting the most effective cost per acquisition, dealing with external agencies and working on campaign optimization.

I mostly worked on helping customers to solve the issues they faced while using Vinted; testing the product, reporting bugs, escalating problems and the feedback to the team. This position also included community management and moderation on forums.
