I am a Sales Development Manager at Google, where I promote customer conversations through strategic storytelling and actionable insights. I uncover novel and actionable ideas that drive business strategies and help customers achieve their goals. I have successfully led and supported several large and complex projects, such as organizing data across the majority of Channel Enterprise Partners, conducting pitches and presentations to clients, and supporting Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.On top of this, I have been a lead for 2 programs that focus on spreading Asian culture and creating community for early career Googlers to navigate the resources available.I also pursued my Associate's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of web design and development. I have completed multiple Google certifications, such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Creative Certification Exam, and Google Analytics Certification, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in using Google's tools and platforms to optimize and measure online performance. I have a passion for learning and innovation, which stems from my experience as a second-generation citizen and a self-learner.
