As I was young and inexperienced, so I knew I've had to put in all my efforts a learn the ropes as quick as possible to meet the shear demands for the Service Level Agreement. Here's what I've done on an everyday basis:*Answering and resolving 40-70 inbound calls from UK clients*Taking card payments and resolving billing queries, explaning past, present and future bills in a easy to understand manner, so the issue is resolved first hand and there is no need for further call-backs*Dealing with delivery queries, such as arranging engineers to visit, tracking deliveries and informing of any delays / no-shows, keeping the customer well informed at all times*Being very patient and taking escalated manager calls when the manager wasn't available, resolving queries as fairly as possible*Meeting KPIs such as average call time, number of inbound calls taken, average hold time, average uptime, customer feedback (1-5 star review type) and others which are just general ones such as attandance, arriving to work on time and not being sick etc.
