In Operations and Strategy we look into processes used daily by the employees on the ground. I represented all US employees and worked to make their day-to-day easier (my favorite thing to do btw!). The projects we work on come from leaders, individual contributing employees, or even our own research.The things we make range from apps to submit purchase requests, tips-and-tricks guides, product trainings, managing our internal website, mapping our internal expertise and more!I'm our internal specialist at Excel, Microsoft Power Platform, building and reviewing relational data, and making clear diagrams. This role was for the duration of a single energy conversion project. As the most complex and one of the larger energy conversion projects done by Ecosystem in the US, there was a lot of organization needed.In addition to translating the client's needs, I ensured that all of our data collection was occurring smoothly in addition to building the programs that employees used to make calculations, place orders, keep track of inventory, and validate invoices. I built and managed relational databases to connect these various services.

As a team leader, I provided guidance for new hires, while also producing the Salesforce dashboards for the Sales and Delivery teams.The highlight of this position was building an email automailer that connected to Salesforce and helped customers complete their needed to-do's for delivery.
