Leading a team of over 20 design and specialist consultants, I am the Principal’s Authorised Representative and Principle Consultant responsible for the design and delivery of Stage 1A and 1B of the Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources (NIER) New Research Laboratory Building, the NIER Stage 2 Refurbishment and NIER Site Services Upgrades. Our successful management and delivery of Stage 1A led to the university directly negotiating the extension of our engagement for Stage 1B of the New Research Building, which is the largest project variation that the Northern NSW branch of APP has ever been awarded.
