As Deputy Director, I was responsible for a fundraising pipeline of more than $3M annually. I secured corporate and foundation partnerships in new and existing markets and was instrumental in the successful expansion of the region's operations into eight states. I was a leader in the organization and a valued team member.

I was the first-ever professional Executive Director for the Education Foundation. I coordinated fundraising events, organized teams of volunteers, effectively worked with district and school staff, and recruited and trained Foundation staff. I developed and implemented operational systems to support the growing organization and established powerful corporate and nonprofit partnerships in the community.

I was the lead teacher of a six-session parenting class designed to empower parents with the skills and attitudes necessary for harmonious parenting. I developed extended curriculum and provided ongoing coaching and support for parents who are struggling to establish a positive atmosphere in the family.

I coordinated all aspects of running this state-licensed and nationally-accredited preschool and child care. I developed innovative marketing tools, recruited and retained high-quality staff, and conceived and implemented developmentally-appropriate curriculum for preschool students. I refined and taught a six-session parenting class for families affiliated with the preschool and provided ongoing coaching for struggling parents.
