As a Speech-Language Pathologist working in the field of early intervention, I work closely with other professionals, therapists, and families to support development in early childhood. I am Hanen-certified and love facilitating parent education programs. These programs support and educate caregivers as they face a multitude of challenges while raising a child with speech delays and/or social communication delays disorders (including Autism Spectrum Disorders, or ASD). I'm passionate about my work with families in their homes and community settings using a parenting coaching approach. I implement therapeutic strategies to promote communication skills and help support parent-child connections using the Promoting First Relationships curriculum.
