As President and CNO I was responsible for overall operations of this Critical Access Hospital and Strategic planning, as well as relations with the Governing Board and presence in the community. Overall responsibility for nursing and patient care, patient safety and quality, and maintaining a strong employee culture.

More than 200 physicians serve on Ministry Saint Michael's Hospital medical staff.
