With specific focus and dedication to the Veteran population at APN, as well as the Traumatic Stress Program, applies methods, principles, and techniques of consultation, as well as psychotherapeutic evidence based interventions, aiding in the treatment of traumatic stress, mental health, and substance use for individuals and groups.• Manage and administer Trauma Assessments to clients to determine their eligibility for admittance to the Traumatic Stress Program• Utilize various evidence-based interventions when working with and managing a personal case load of individual clients, as well as clinical group work• In concert with the Clinical Manger of the Traumatic Stress Program, maintain superior knowledge of psychedelic laws at the local, state, and federal level to aid in the expansion of psychedelic programming within APN• Remain knowledgeable of APN’s Psychiatry and Neurotech Plus services which include Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (DTMS), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Ketamine Assisted Healing and Therapy, Neurofeedback, and Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB)

As a Case Manager, I coordinate and provide aid to Veterans based on their current medical, financial, housing, legal, vocational, and family needs. In addition, I co-facilitate clinical group work, pro and rec socials, and supplementary activities and services to establish relationships and connection among Veterans. My aim is to introduce strategies to Veterans that they can utilize to successfully reintegrate into civilian life. Additionally, I leverage local community partnerships to minimize the divide between Veteran's, civilians, mental health issues, and trauma.• Co-facilitated clinical groups in partnership with the Lead Clinical Director that focus on addressing mental disorders.• Applied a proactive and solutions-based approach throughout projects, with outcomes meeting and surpassing expectation• Remained informed of existing and new laws and regulations related to veterans' benefits and services.

I provide services and assistance to individuals looking to lessen or eliminate substance abuse from their lives. I am essential in maintaining or improving their wellbeing. In partnership with the client’s primary care team, I verify that holistic plans are in place and that additional resources are accessible. Through observations, I track success and setbacks and promote individuals taking accountability for their recovery. To support patients, I build and maintain a network of stakeholders invested in one’s recovery, including families and professionals.• Additional tasks include the management of medication, financial oversight, and maintaining knowledge of resources and referrals that can aid patients.
