My job is essentially to be the facilitators between our customers and our company; and to work for our customers with their needs being the focus, and to ensure they are getting the high level of service they would expect.Was originally in the Customer Advocate role with DC Tel prior to our merger with SilverPoint Systems.

Kris is a father of 3, and is a Customer Advocate and Financial Advisor, and is driven by helping others and giving back to the community. After a number of years as a Member at Large with the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce and the Langley Pos-Abilities Society, his focus has shifted a little bit and has since become involved with the Parkside PAC, the Aldergrove Youth Soccer Club, and Langley DPAC. As a DPAC Member at Large, Kris believes in engagement and inclusivity, creating an environment where everyone feels valued, involved, and has a sense of belonging.

This is my second term as a board member for the Langley POS-Abilities Society. I serve in the capacity of Equipment Coordinator and my role is to help improve the quality of life of people with disabilities by providing them with assistive devices. Also as a member of the Board I help increase community awareness and education about the potential of people with disabilities. It is my pleasure to help forward the Langley POS-Abilities Society's mandate of 'changing disabilities into possibilities.'

I am pleased to be serving my third year on the Board of Directors with the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce. It is my pleasure to do what I can to assist Chamber members. I am also very proud to represent the GLCC in my interactions with my associates and others in the community.
