It's also fun to see the shift in project management methodologies. Companies are finally embracing a more agile approach and have also concluded that there's not a "one-size-fits-all"​ way of doing things. There's a place for Agile, Waterfall, etc.... and we can all live in harmony by taking bits and pieces of each to make it work.
