Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures. Conducts classes regarding installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, hardware and complete system equipment. Assess training needs and certification requirements, deploy training to targeted personnel, prepare training material and classroom agenda, and provide end user training for client, conduct presentations and webinars.Initiate, facilitate and drive various customers problem-solving and process re-engineering projects. Generating and managing leads on technical requirements from various sources and dealing with potential customers. Supporting customized product / equipment design & developments for customers, providing technical assistance for the same and doing requirements’ analysis.

Manage all aspects of projects from Inception to completion. Plan project Scope, Quality and schedule, configure, program and commission all systems installed. Manage Install team and other sub-contractors on site. Coordinate all system integrations.Systems includes Nurse Call, Patient Wandering, Infant Abduction, Asset Tracking, Code White, Intercom and P.A. System Integration with the existing hospitals as well as to third party systems, such as Security (Access Control Systems), CCTV and Connexall.Prepare all documentation (As builds and training document) for the projects. Train customers (super users) on all systems.Work closely with customers to ensure the projects are done properly and according to plan.
