Same key responsibilities as Quality-Regulatory Officer were performed during this endeavor. Additional tasks included the following:- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers' concerns regarding raw/packaging materials availability, pricing, orders, lead time of production and delivery, and other relevant QC/QA concerns thereafter. - Did product discussion and communicated with clients regarding their inquiries, production and delivery forecasts, and other concerns.- Worked hand in hand with the rest of the departments (Logistics, Quality and Finance) ofKohl Main Plant, settling general matters relating the company and its offered product (such as matters about purchases, payment verification, receipts, product quality, clients and other company requirements).- Coordinated with Third Party Partners handling other relevant quality testings and accounting matters of the company.- Monitored monthly inventory, sent out purchase orders, received RM/PM deliveries, collated and organized receipts and other pertinent documents, over-see production, worked on QC/QA testing/related work, coordinated delivery dates and ensures project/task completion.- Tasked compounding of initial product formulation.- Completes tasks as ordered/requested by the CEO accordingly.

- Plays a vital role in linking needs and requests of Kohl Sumilang Plant to Kohl Main Plant and vice versa in all aspects of incoming and outgoing deliveries, and production process. Over-sees (both raw and packaging materials) daily and monthly inventory, making sure all needed materials are (and still) of quality-- conforming to QC/QA standards, and are available more so adequate for projects and/or usual production of items intended for constant stocking and delivery.- Take note of lead times and send out order requests to purchasing department for (raw/packaging) materials necessitating procurement.- Creates monthly production plans, ensuring that items intended for a specific project and/or items delivered on a regular basis are complete before its set delivery date.- Over-sees production staffs and process and inspects bulk, in-line and finished products-- guaranteeing that staffs are working meticulously and follow protocols correctly, and that all items produced are of quality and conforms to specific QC/QA standards.- Does certain QC testing (viscosity, pH checking) of bulk and finished products as well as microbiology testing using convenient culture media films.- Partakes in accomplishing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), pre/post plant maintenance checklist and other pertinent documents needed and related (but not limited) to licensing of establishment and products, and/or other requirements needed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).- Checks the manufacturing plant on a regular basis, making sure that the establishment is in its best shape for production—that all machineries and equipments are working, space for storage is viable, and workspace is clean and orderly.- Responsible for informing and contacting suitable people for assistance to work with in resolving all manufacturing plant-related concerns/issue.- Completes tasks as ordered by the immediate General Manager and other department heads /supervisors accordingly.
