I'm involved heavily in the oversight of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Alongside our pre-construction department, I work to negotiate contracts, evaluate budgets, schedules, and resources, develop schedules of values, and involve our subcontractors in the planning process. Throughout the course of the project, my roles include value engineering, developing and maintaining sequences and schedules, building relationships with clients and partners, tracking and projecting project costs, compiling and executing changes, implementing proactive QA/QC programs to ensure accuracy in building, and ensuring that safety is of the utmost importance. I work to develop team leaders in the office and field by consistently mentoring and encouraging personal growth.
