Provide project management. Analyze new technologies and their financial impact that they may have on the project. Provide project estimates, controls engineering, commissioning, implementation of energy conservation measures. Present technical and financial data reports to customers. Consultative sales for numerous multi-million dollar energy performance contracts.

Responsible for commissioning, project management, utility management and building automation systems for over 20 district facilities. Supervise and educate onsite building maintenance personnel with facility issues. Analyze system performance and track energy usage patterns of building systems. Perform energy audits as well as recommend design changes to building and control systems.

Responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing and commissioning commercial HVAC equipment and control systems. Provided factory warranty repair for Trane and other manufacturers. Assisted building owners with complex facility issues. Service region included all of North Dakota, northern South Dakota and western Minnesota
