Oversee and supervise daily operation of program. Supervise and support 5+ staff and volunteers. Manage 18+ student and 5+ staff and volunteers licensing forms. Supervised a 5 person teaching team and their implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum for 12-18 students (ages 1.5-3). Managed toddler program forms (LIC 622, LIC 627B, LIC 700, LIC 9221, Incident Reports). Managed behavioral plans and strategies with teaching team and families. Met with new toddler families to discuss goals, transition plans, and community inclusive practices prior to program entry. Met with toddler families twice a year to discuss observed developmental progress throughout the year. Communicated with 12-18 families on BrightWheel app. Curated and updated content for school's weekly MailChimp newsletter, engaging 35+ families.
