Assessment of HAZOP/LOPA recommendations that were created from the Train 1, 2, 3, 4 & Common facilities HAZOP/LOPA studies which took place over a period of 5 years. A team of 3 engineers was assembled to assess whether the recommendations were valid or not and to provide an action to move forward (since some actions were almost 5 years old).
