Chaitanya Krishna (Krish) comes with around 20 years of experience in the entire gamut of Human Resource Management. He started his first job in Talent Acquisition Group with Wipro Ltd, worked with both the IT divisions –Wipro Technologies and Wipro InfoTech. He later worked for ValueLabs, Deloitte and Sapphire Human Solutions. He has experience in handling teams within Talent Acquisition and Resource Management. He also has worked on Executive Search assignments, PMS and Employee Engagement activities while at Deloitte. After working for corporate for around 10 years and moved to take few assignments with academics, Joined Columbus Central University Belize, Central America as a Registrar. later transformed to a Behavioral coach and conducted several Outbound trainings for corporate and academia. Krish is presently Board Level director with Tech force Consulting & Advisor to Braincode, Coign Edu Consultants, Mindvision Creative Concepts, Quality Thought, ITTV, South India Times, Chief Mentor& Coach to various Technology Startups, Member Board of Studies and Visiting Faculty with @ International and National Universities.Krish is the Founder & CEO of IKON –International Knowledge and Opportunities Network-A professional and Leadership Network with around 3000+ CXO level professionals PAN India. Krish loves travelling and reading books. He is married and blessed with two kids.
