Assisted students from Y10 through Y13 in exploring career and university pathways available to them in New Zealand and abroad. Helped students craft CVs and resumes and university, scholarship, and hall of residence applications. Designed and led Y10, Y12, and Y13 curriculums to familiarize students with and prepare them for various career and university options. Initiated and planned school-wide Careers Expo, linking hundreds of students and their families with a broad range of careers and programs available at universities across New Zealand. Created and fostered a network of professional women, who often served as speakers and mentors to students. Successfully aided students in gaining admission to UCLA, Stanford, Princeton, and Providence. Managed and contributed to overhaul of SAT Mastery Course, which led to company's ability to introduce score improvement guarantee.

Developed and implemented training programs for teachers, tutors, and trainers in both in North America and internationally for multiple test types. Integral in emergency response to pandemic-related transfer of in-person-to-LiveOnline instruction, including developing new trainings for short-term professional support of teachers new to online teaching and building training overhaul plan to meet online staffing needs while continuing to provide necessary professional development to new LiveOnline instructors and trainers.

Began teaching in-person SAT courses in May of 2008, followed by MCAT CARS (at that time Verbal, October '08), ACT (March '09), LSAT (June '09), GRE (July '09), and GMAT (November '09). Began teaching primarily online in May of 2015. Promoted to Master Trainer for SAT in July of 2010, LSAT in July of 2011, and ACT in January of 2017, and then to LiveOnline Training Uber in October of 2018 and High School Training Uber in March of 2019. Selected as one of approximately three dozen tutors nationwide for Star Tutor pilot program in March of 2018.

Developed, implemented, and managed all operational aspects of eLearning training programs, including staffing, communication, trainer management, and creating standard operating procedures for all training-related components.

Developed training implementation systems for redesigned training programs in a role created for the purpose of managing the overhaul of decades-old training programs. Managed all operational aspects of training throughout North America, including communication, staffing, and management of 50+ trainers.

Developed in-person professional development for instructors and tutors, while managing all operational, sales, and marketing goals for tutoring-related business in 2nd largest tutoring market in North America. Exceeded all sales and marketing goals, and created and introduced training and mentorship programs for teachers/tutors throughout the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest.

Managed all sales, revenue, marketing, and operational objectives for Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, including implementation of institutional instructor training for Denver Public Schools, development of full-time training program for new employees, and introduction of professional development workshops for part-time employee.
