During my tenure at Motive, I consistently exceeded team sales targets and also spearheaded efforts to grow our Nashville presence from 0-100+ employees in 12 months. Currently, I run Blueprint Expansion, a recruiting firm I launched that specializes in GTM placements for early-stage SaaS companies. I am also passionate about supporting women in leadership and promoting diversity in hiring through actions, not merely words. I've got a track record of active involvement in promoting career opportunities in the southeast via networking with the county, city, and state agencies and groups.I’m a mom, wife, sister, daughter, and friend with endless energy in making every occupation serve a greater purpose.
