Responsible for overseeing a team of 6 information services employees in the areas of report writing, data analytics, management of the COCC core system, ATM fleet including the Windows 10 upgrade project, instant issue debit card and the Bank’s mortgage origination system (Cadence). I also assisted in post-conversion/merger tasks.

Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Compliance Management Program. Including planning, organizing, and controlling the Bank's day to day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities and collaborating with the Senior Management in the overall administration of these directives for the Bank.Prepared reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and issues to final resolution. Provided reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the relevant Committees of the Board and Executive Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.Subject matter expert for all regulations providing guidance and support in the development of solutions to complex compliance, control and business concerns. Advised the Board, Executive Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks. Acted as the Bank’s audit liaison organizing and ensuring risk-based compliance and internal audits were completed. Coordinated all regulatory examinations.Bank’s BSA Officer 2015 to 2019. Revamped entire BSA program after audits in prior two years received below satisfactory results. Updated program received satisfactory audits within 6 months. Maintained the Bank’s risk profile updates including the FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment tool, Information Security Risk Assessment, and GLBA Risk Assessment. Responsible for updating and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Information Security Policy and Program, strategic plan and incident response process. Promoted cybersecurity awareness throughout the bank with training, cybersecurity newsletters, and phishing and social engineering testing.. Conversion/Merger Team Leader responsible for ensuring a successful merger into Liberty Bank. Areas included: products and services, compliance, information technology, audit, vendor management, data, and facilities.
