Over the course of my 3 years of employment, I handled many different tasks and responsibilities:• Delivered exceptional customer service to a high volume of over 100 patrons daily• Multitasked between selling admission tickets and merchandise, totaling approximately $2,500 in revenue per day• Maintained optimal inventory levels in the gift shop, ensuring merchandise availability and customer satisfaction• Diligently tracked and logged monthly attendance totals for the museum, amounting to approximately 30,000 customers per month• Managed daily organization of crucial museum records and files, including accounts payable and bill payments• Pioneering monthly innovative marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive sales for both online and physical museum shops

As a student staff member at my university’s gym, I played different roles and held many responsibilities, all of which involved customer service in some capacity. On a daily basis, these are the tasks I was usually responsible for completing:• Facilitated the check-in process for gym members upon their arrival• Provided towels and essential amenities to gym patrons

I acquired this role through my high school’s internship opportunity, the Senior Business Experience (SBE) program. This was an internship program designed by my school to give about 10 different seniors the chance to gain business experience either on or off campus for 3 hours a day while also earning credits for graduation. On-campus jobs were opportunities to either work for the school’s library or front office, and I decided to work for the library (and I absolutely loved it!)
