I am an educational leader who has had extensive experience working with a wide range of educators and students at the secondary level. I regularly engage and participate in professional development seminars, district meetings, and nonprofit organizations to remain connected to the needs of children. I work to stay abreast of innovative educational theories and practices, and I collaborate with teachers and community partners on fostering student success through academics and social-emotional development. I continuously research strategies to facilitate high-quality education for all students and use student and teacher feedback to consistently improve.
