As the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Healthcare Staffing Division, I am responsible for leading a Talent Acquisition team that covers five divisions nationwide as well as planning, designing and implementing a national recruitment and sourcing strategy, and for implementing a best-in-class training program that will enhance our recruitment capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.The five divisions that make up this nationwide Talent Acquisition team are:✅ Talent Group – a new Bayshore division created to specialize in strategically sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier executive talent that align with the company’s strategic goals, and who will lead the organization effectively in a complex healthcare environment, enhance Bayshore’s leadership capabilities, drive operational excellence, and ultimately improve patient care.✅ Bayshore Medical Personnel – a division that specializes in providing healthcare professionals for military personnel, veterans, public health workers, and government agencies, such as: Department of National Defense, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Veterans Affairs Canada, and the Public Health Agency of Canada.✅ Bayshore Northern Staffing – a division that specializes in sending nurses, paramedics, and social workers on travel assignments to support Indigenous and remote northern communities across Canada.✅ Carecor Health Services – a division that specializes in providing staffing solutions in the public and private healthcare system.✅ OEMS – a division that specializes in providing occupational and emergency medical services to employees working in the natural resources and mining industries.
