At 29, I destroyed my hormones, developed an eating disorder, had crippling anxiety and insomnia, and became overweight. Though these were the darkest years of my life, I knew that there was a radiant woman deep inside of me that was meant for more. I spent the next term searching for answers and discovered cutting-edge science like hormone and peptide therapy. I discovered my nutrient deficiencies and sensitivities and started focusing on my habits rather than diets. Back in 2020, my company Living Large Wellness, was born.
