Directed the finance, operations and corporate administration activities for this medical device company from development through early commercialization. * Raised $80m+ in private equity and bank debt before selling the company in July 2016. * Partner with CEO and executive team on strategic planning and tactical matters. * Developed budgets, managed cash and negotiated contracts by working closely with leadership team. *Actively involved in AUS IPO effort that was eventually shelved. * Established EU operation and set-up expat program. * Developed pricing model and detailed 10 year financial plan for commercialization and company valuation.

Directed the financial and operational activities of this 50 person consulting company. During my tenor, we increased revenues and profitabililty by improving financial reporting systems, benchmarking, reorganizing administrative positions and instilling accountability. In addition, worked closely with principle owner to implement a succession plan that resulted in the Company's successful acquisition in Nov 2006.

Responsible for accounting, finance and HR functions for this professional sports team. In addition to usual Controller repsonsibilities, was in charge of ensuring performance under all operational, advertising and coach/player contracts. Big challenge was managing cash flow for this highly seasonal business whose parent company was experiencing cash flow difficulties. Despite revenue and expense increases of over 30% in two years, maintained lean accounting staff of three.

Sole liason between corporate office and 6 national subsidiaries for managing cash flow, monthly financial reporting and employee benefit administration. Migrated manual processes to computerized systems. Promoted to Controller of Seattle Supersonics within 14 months.
