Current* Developing and maintaining a Product Strategy and Product Roadmap to guide development priorities and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders* Soliciting, receiving, and organizing product feedback, goals, and needs from across internal and external stakeholders into the Product Roadmap, and updating those stakeholders on progress* Developing and understanding internal Cost of Goods Sold/Cost of Revenue model to guide decisions* Aggregating operational data to empower data-driven decision making* Ensuring the development team knows the priorities and requirements for product development activities* Participating in budget planning including appropriate allocation of costs to specific product areas based on company growth targets and market opportunities* Definition of measurable metrics and KPIs for product quality, market penetration, overall results, etc. which will be used to report on a regular basis within the leadership team and drive appropriate action within product development* Translating product strategy into prototypes and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria* Monitoring data and other internal reporting dashboards* Gathering market research and intelligence within our industry* Solving the product’s pain points while growing the business and meeting company objectives* Hands-on participant in all the product roadmap activities such as writing requirements, customers feedback gathering, marketing campaigns and promotions, and product pricing* Accountable for the end-to-end product experience* Fostering an ability within the Product Management team to empathize and anticipate customers' existing and future needs and communicate those to the entire organization* Promoting strong relationships within cross functional teams and serve as a connective tissue between all parts of the organization
