For my 4th and final rotation in the actuarial rotation program, I am currently doing healthcare insurance reserving including insurance for hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare related groups. Primary responsibilities include annual or semi-annual reserve reviews of multiple products and quarterly close involvment for the financial statements.

I went through a 6 month rotation through healthcare insurance claims as part of the actuarial rotation program. Primary responsibilities included shadowing claim adjusters for over 15 claims that were at different stages in the adjusting process, attending audits with the excess team to look at an account's reserving process adequacy, and assisting my.

For my 2nd rotation in the actuarial rotation program, I was in Field Actuarial. I was the primary actuarial contact for 8 branches throughout the Midwest, primarily working on the Standard Lines of Work Comp, Property, General Liability, and Auto.
