This is where I’m supposed to tell you how I’m a strategic planner and leader who is results driven and who has the ability to align business growth strategies. But isn’t that what everyone says? And what exactly does that all mean? Instead, why don’t I tell you about how I am a process oriented problem solver and natural organizerby nature. I have this crazy ability to assess a situation and find the easiest and quickest way to a solution. Whether it’s how we are going to host 21 guests for the holidays or how we are going to pack up and move an entire household in just three days, I figure out how to get things done. I'm also a devoted leader who knows how to lead and foster teams. I am a teacher by nature and bring these skills to me teams I lead. I build very efficient teams who are always seen as approachable and always willing to take on the extra load. I also have a knack for crafting words which plays a huge role in creating comprehensive communications plans and the pieces that exist within those plans. These same problem solving skills, along with my creative ability to craft words, are what make me a great marketer, project manager, leader and communications specialist. Every marketing and director position I have held has required me to think strategically while also figuring out how to solve each marketing “problem” creatively and efficiently. I’m pretty sure I was born for these roles.
