As the Director of Care at HomeFirst HealthCare, I am responsible for overseeing the quality and delivery of home care services to our clients. I have more than 10 years of experience in the senior care industry, having previously worked as a Director in senior Retirement and as a HR, Staff and Client Relations at Senior Homecare by Angels Edmonton. I have a strong background in security operations, having completed a Police Foundations program at Georgian College. I have also developed skills in employee training, team building, and client relations, which enable me to manage and support a diverse and professional staff of caregivers. My mission is to provide compassionate, personalized, and affordable home care solutions to seniors and their families, while ensuring their safety and well-being. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and independence of our clients, and I am always looking for ways to enhance our services and partnerships.
