-Manage all aspects of Accounting, completing month end accruals & allocations-Complete WIP and depreciation, prepaid, and insurance schedules and month end adjusting entries-Cash forecasting and managing-Manage all year end CPA Review correspondence-Complete annual Budget-Maintain reporting for all current projects, manage all AR & AP, & Collections

-Manage all aspects of the accounting department and team, complete and present financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and handling cash flows.-Auditing and managing that costs are being allocated correctly, job costing, accruals, and the amortization and depreciation schedule.-Analyzing and improving work flow for efficiency and accuracy, completing all month and year end reporting and assisting CPA firm for review and tax purposes.-Completing all supporting schedules for month end, reporting to the CEO and presenting cost analysis, completing commissions reports, and handling WIP allocations.-Ensuring accuracy for all prelims and completing liens as needed and managing collections for cash flow.-Complete all reconciliations including bank, prepaids, accruals, credit cards, loan, payroll, etc. -Handle all progress billings, continuously monitor and manage collections, and oversee AP department for efficiency and accuracy-Report, distribute, and present daily and monthly reporting on proposals, sales, revenues, cash flows, AP and AR, job costs, commissions, and financials.-Calculating and computing all accruals, allocations, distributions, and managing all draws, commissions, and bonuses.-Handling all aspects of the CPA year end review, creating all salesperson commission reports and accruals, and providing input on HR activities including streamlining procedures, ensuring company-wide policies and procedures, and ensuring fair and equal procedures across the board-Consistently learning the new policies and procedures for the Accounting department and adding HR department to ensure fair and equal practices are being conducted and followed.

-Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives-Handle all aspects of HR and a Safety Director-Complete all job costing and standard costing for all lines of production including conducting time studies and inventory oversight-Pass two audits annually, secured an ABL line of credit along with an equipment loan, renew insurance policies, pre-liming jobs and completing releases.-Participate on the Management Team adding value to decisions made by making the Company perform well from a cash flow and financial perspective.-Process payroll in a timely manner, ensure that bank reconciliations are completed and AP & AR are handled well-Issue timely and complete financial statements-Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report, writing the entire financial side of the annual budget-Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts-Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management-Provide for a system of management cost reports-Develop and maintain internal Job Costing data, Bidding accuracy, internal material controls and usage.
