Key talent acquisition advisor and partner to HR business partners and functional hiring teams regarding market and employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics. Currently responsible for the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy for the Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) Sector, Division, Foodservice Marketing and all functions for the Pepsi/Lipton Partnership and North American Coffee Partnership groups. Historically supported designated groups within the Corporate Functions (Global Procurement, Corp Communication, Aviation, Facilities, and Security), Sales and Supply Chain (PBNA), eCommerce, Global and Field Marketing, Innovation, Commercialization and Away From Home (Foodservice) segments for PepsiCo. Accountability includes:• Ensure the quality of the service delivered by talent acquisition to the business and the candidate is best in class• Act as a thought partner and coach to HR and the business when it comes to all things recruiting and hiring• Source, identify and interview appropriate talent• Develop and align with the business on the recruitment strategy for each role• Incorporate diversity to candidate slates and execute accordingly in order to meet the needs of the business• Manage the recruiting process from job posting through the final stages (inclusive of offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding)
