Developing and managing multiple human resource departments, I’ve learned how important it is to have access to peers and a coach who can bring an outside perspective and clarity to making decisions. Managing large teams has shown me that by modeling the way through commitment, authenticity, open-mindedness, and compassion, I am able to help business leaders with personal and professional growth. As a Vistage Chair, I have experienced firsthand the value of being the one to ask hard questions and being the other lens to guide you. I create an open and honest group whose only agenda is to see each other succeed. My members are high-integrity leaders who are ready to grow and make tough decisions through accountability and trust. In a confidential environment, we issue-process and help each other make better decisions in business and in life. In addition to being a Vistage Chair, I am an Adjunct Professor at two colleges, I have been the President of two non-profits, and enjoy reading, swimming, art, music, humor, and the outdoors. Brene Brown once said, “A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes, and who has the courage to develop that potential.” I thrive on helping others grow. If you are a Business Owner or CEO ready to take action for your organization and life, please connect with me here or email me at Krista.Crawford@vistagechair.com.
