Krista Engemann is an organizational scientist who prefers to blur the science/practice divide. Krista currently applies her interdisciplinary training to address how people analytics, emerging technologies, and user design come together for digital products which guide organizational transformations.Krista's research spans such topics as high reliability organizing, team dynamics and communication patterns, and organizational learning. Her works have appeared with such conferences and journals as the Eastern Academy of Management, the Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research (INGRoup), the Leadership Quarterly, the International Journal of Business Continuity and Risk Management, and Human Resource Management Review. She also led the editorship of the third volume of De Gruyter Publishing's book series, "Developments in Managing and Exploiting Risk."Krista is a PhD of Organizational Science. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in German and Psychology from Georgetown University. She also holds Master's Degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MA).
