Financial Recovery Technologies is a technology-based services firm that helps institutional investors identify, file claims, and collect funds made available in securities class action settlements.I have worked in close partnership with C-level executives and the SVP of Operations to define and execute a business transformation plan focused on efficiently scaling the business through new technology initiatives, organizational change, and core process improvements. I architected an organizational re-design for Operations to better align with the client lifecycle and core delivery functions required to successfully service internal and external clients. It has also been a priority across my teams to analyze, improve, and document team core processes. This has resulted in more efficient processes understood and followed by all resulting in decreased processing times and reduction in reported issues. In addition, I led a cross-functional team to improve our global product delivery which led to improved client satisfaction and relationships with critical external partners further reinforcing our place as a leader in the industry. Working in collaboration with my team leads, we implemented an operational framework, the Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS), resulting in shared vision, clear priorities, documented issues, and right people in the right seats.

Duck Creek Technologies (formerly Agencyport Software) is a leading provider of comprehensive property and casualty insurance software and services for insurers of all sizes worldwide.Over the course of nearly a decade at Duck Creek Technologies, my contributions led to successes that both shaped my career and reaped a multitude of benefits for the organization. As Chief of Staff and Operations Lead, I was a founding member of a new business unit within Duck Creek in partnership with Dovetail Insurance. I served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital Officer, and I was responsible for operations, resource planning and allocation management, financial planning and analysis, and invoice processing. I coordinated and oversaw six workstreams (new platform build, existing platform support, methodology and training, SaaS mobilization, legacy carrier migration, and carrier onboarding) across the business unit. Furthermore, I was the workstream lead for the SaaS mobilization workstream.My work in developing a vision of and implementing a PMO resulted in process standardization, increased efficiencies, and improved knowledge management. To create repeatable and revenue producing training offerings, I created and conducted end user and technical training courses.Among my other responsibilities were customer success, technical implementation, sales enablement, resource management, and strategic initiatives. As Director in Professional Services, I owned customer relationships post-sale including on boarding, implementation, training, adoption, consulting, and support. I was an advocate on behalf of customers with product development teams and provided support to Sales Team for solution development as product expert.My efforts were recognized by my superiors, and I was the first recipient of the Agencyport Award of Excellence.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a private research university located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.I had the opportunity to serve in two capacities at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as both Physical Education Program Administrator and Head Women’s Soccer Coach.In the latter role, I was the leader of the women's soccer program directing all aspects including recruiting, game strategy, player development, competition scheduling, daily operations, finance, and staff supervision. In addition, I strove to develop and cultivate a relationship with a significant, key donor, ultimately resulting in a donation that made possible the construction of a new soccer field. I am proud to have doubled the number of alumnae actively involved and associated with the program through improved communication, marketing, and alumnae events.In the former role, I had the responsibility of serving 4,000 students through coordinating the Physical Education Office. I coordinated a staff of 35 instructors and was the registrar for the Physical Education Program. By automating the annual graduation petition process via a new system I developed, the need to manually file, enter, and maintain hundreds of documents a year was eliminated. Furthermore, I was key in the implementation of online student registration and course management.

John Hancock Life Insurance Company is a Boston-based insurance company. Established in 1862, it was named in honor of John Hancock, a prominent US patriot.In my time at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, I was promoted multiple times, ultimately to a lead role of Business Analyst Team lead, as a result of the successes I created in every position in which I served. I handled standard business analysis to help ensure across-the-board consistency as well as a bevy of project management tasks. In addition to managing projects and providing analysis for in-house development team, we created software that supported diverse groups of financial services, including real estate investment, bond and corporate finance, derivatives, liabilities, and controls. I also initiated, designed, planned, and executed projects in compliance with CMM Level 3 processes and procedures. Beyond project planning, requirements gathering, system testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing, my work included resource planning, performance evaluations, and mentoring.
