- I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the test effort for 2 different digital X-Ray acquisition software products (have managed 4 at once in the past), this includes software and products which are subject to FDA regulation and strict documentation requirements.- Responsible for identifying and documenting bugs as well as maintaining the full suite of test cases for formal runs through the applications prior to each release.- Responsible for writing release notes and most internal instructional QMS documentation related to the software and hardware products sold by Cuattro.- Investigate and resolve escalated cases from the Technical Support team and escalate further to the development team if necessary.- Heavily involved in discovery and documentation of software requirements, working as a key translator between stakeholders and the development team.- Investigate and work with vendors regarding any quality issues with hardware devices or third-party software components.- Have managed and coordinated a team of testers as well as managing the test effort solo.
