Managing, supporting, and building a cross-functional video team, oversee the day-to-day operations of video production and post-production within Makerhouse. Maintain a high level of collaboration in a multi-disciplinary setting that is Makerhouse. Communicate daily with staff, clients, vendors, and executive leadership. Develop and continue working relationships with outside vendors and freelancers in order to fulfill resource needs on any project. Continually assess talent, workflows, and industry trends in order to grow and shape our team for the ever-changing needs of the client. Identify opportunities and develop measures to improve the work process and quality of the end product.

Managing the entire life cycle of post-production projects through The Park, an internal production studio of GTB. Major responsibilities included opening projects, estimating, talent resourcing, scheduling, project prep, tracking and reporting budgets, meeting deadlines for deliverables and prepping the close of a project for invoicing. In this role the day was spent multitasking as a producer, project manager, assistant to editorial staff and media librarian on multiple projects at once. Maintaining project organization and communicating effectively built strong long-term trusted relationships with clients both internal and external.
