As the publishing copy editor for 605 Magazine, an award-winning South Dakota-based print and digital publication distributed statewide, I reviewed page proofs for typographical errors, grammatical issues, inconsistencies and factual errors.

Before Uber Eats was a thing, I offered a delivery service for the sobriety and motivation impaired between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 2:30 a.m., Thursday and Sunday, and midnight and 4 a.m., Friday and Saturday nights. Orders consisted of anything from any open restaurant or convenience store within a 3-mile radius from the area of 4th Street and Orange Avenue in Long Beach, CA.
