United Way of the Desert (UWD) fights for the health, education and financial stability of every resident in our community.I lead a team of non-profit professionals who are passionately dedicated to making the Coachella Valley a better place for all to live, work and thrive. UWD is an independent non-profit organization governed by a local volunteer board of community leaders from all sectors of government and business. We convene stakeholders, align resources and hold accountable to community goals that are focused on resident's education, financial stability and health.
