I’ve set tables, set stages, set standards, set the bar higher because something about settling is very unsettling. I put words into action. I know what it means to align, to accelerate, and to inspire. I’ve done what it takes, what was needed, what delights. I don’t do things because they’re buzzworthy, but I guarantee I can create buzz. I act with a sense of ownership, I work with a sense of urgency, and I thrive on creating great places to work.
