I have had many responsibilities handed to me in my short time at Clinic 360 and have succeeded in going above and beyond what is asked of me. - Manage daily office operations, negotiates contracts, manages vendor relationships, acts as primary liaison with multiple rental surgeons, develops and oversees office standard operating procedures - Oversee network administration, manages phone system, office emails, Facebook and Instagram inquiries - Oversee the organization’s human resources requirements; including employee on-boarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring that personnel policies are up-to-date - Creating staffing schedules, delegating tasks to various colleagues, and recruiting new staff - Following a budget when stocking inventory.
