Introduced insured, automated property valuation solutions to Canadian lenders while pursuing the development of a truly national AVM.

Responsible for new product development (including Automated Valuation Models - AVMs) using building, land and sales data for 4.5M properties across the largest assessment jurisdiction in North America.

As co-lead of the Program Management Office, helped implement a corporate re-structuring following divestment from the provincial government. Coordinated the activities, business and financial plans of 13 project teams dedicated to wide-scale process re-engineering and systems development across all aspects of the new corporation.

Delivered CAD and statistical analysis training to trainers across the province to move the assessment authority from manual, paper-based (building) data collection and cost-based valuation processes to digital reality capture and computer-assisted/statistical mass appraisal workflows.

Coordinated property appraisals and negotiated the acquisition of land for highway construction.
