Fishing Partnership Support Services aims to increase the health, safety, and economic security of fishermen and their families throughout Massachusetts and New England. Main responsibilities include: - Work with department heads and staff to support program design and develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks- Lead program reporting for state and federal funders- Work with program staff to track the performance of program activities against goals and milestones - Create and implement data collection tools including monitoring tools and forms, surveys, and training materials - Analyze the outputs and outcomes of programs; use Excel and Salesforce to analyze data- Act as the System Administrator of the Salesforce database - Provide training and coaching to staff to effectively carry out data collection - Develop data management procedures and processes

The Chain Collaborative (TCC) is a US-based 501(c)(3) founded in 2014 whose mission is to invest in change leaders in coffee-growing regions to drive sustainable development in their communities. We invest in local leaders to create, implement, and sustain change according to their own vision and consult for other non-profit organizations and NGOs already investing in change leaders in coffee communities.Responsibilities include:Worked alongside Executive Director to document organizational processes- Created an organizational Theory of Change; designed a baseline survey and corresponding indicators to standardize data collection across all projects. - Systemized new hire onboarding; formed job descriptions, created interview protocols, drafted new hire welcome packet, and edited the employee handbook.

Responsibilities include: - Provided management and oversight for two agricultural development projects in Ecuador and Uganda; supported two project liaisons with annual planning and project design- Established the M&E system for the implementation of a storage center for a 250-person farmer association in Uganda to monitor decreases in post-harvest loss- Managed quarterly reporting and budget documents for three donor partnerships; works closely with grant recipients to ensure deliverables are met on-time - Worked closely with the Executive Director and Strategy and Operations Director in planning strategic objectives; included devising organizational Theory of Change- Co-authored the Project Methodology for the Coffee Quality Institute Partnership for Gender Equity; worked closely with a 14-person technical advisory group to incorporate edits and suggestions to final work product- Created the Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT) for an economic development project in Ecuador, resulting in a consistent way to track livelihood improvements year over year- Wrote and edited grants; all grants written in 2017 of which I was the lead author resulted in 67%-win rate of funding

Responsibilities include: - Managed and supported the progress of three concurrent donor-funded projects in Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Mexico - Created M&E systems for a coffee renovation and beekeeping project for an all women’s cooperative in Nicaragua- Facilitated connections in the Specialty Coffee sector resulting in two coffee experts donating their time to our project partner in Ecuador - Designed the logistical framework for Concern America’s water project in Chiapas, Mexico to measure for program impact, accountability, efficiency, and learning- Lead and support resource mobilizations efforts including researching and tracking upcoming grant opportunities and assessing their appropriateness for TCC mission and values - All grants written in a 12-month period resulted in a 45% acceptance rate of funding; received two product donations from private companies for project partners- Contributed content and managed social media outlets

The mission of the Nutritional Services programs at Whistlestop is to provide access to affordable, delicious food and community connection to older adults. I led a team of program staff and volunteers that dispersed food and provided community connection through Meals on Wheels, Meals of Marin, Community Breakfast, Jackson Cafe, Brown Bag Pantry and the Home Delivered Grocery Program. Accomplishments include:-Grew the Nutrition Services department from four to six programs in two years-Managed a $250K department budget; all programs combined served a total of 100,000 meals annually-Hired, managed, and mentored two coordinators and six employees-Retained 80+ volunteers with right placement, fun atmosphere, appreciation, and events-Design and implement quarterly staff trainings -Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local partners and government-Represent Whistlestop at internal and external events; attend public speaking events to increase visibility of nutrition programs

Provide the program coordination for the Meals on Wheels program of Marin County, California. -Manage six employees and a growing thirty volunteers-Design and implement Meals on Wheels volunteer driver program-Provide direct support to Meals on Wheels drivers while out in the field-Support the development and on-going training of both volunteers and employees-Oversee administrative functions -Provide monthly and quarterly statistical data for reviews-Create and maintain procedures that enhance efficiency and maximize the daily work flow of the program. -Work diligently with the County of Marin's Division of Aging and Adult services to ensure our clients are up to date and receiving the best service possible.-Maintain an open dialogue with our food vendor, Revolution Foods, so we are provided with the best quality of food to serve to our clients.-Help raise awareness of senior hunger in Marin County by implementing the first (for Whistlestop) Mayors for Meals campaign; coordinated Mayors in Marin county with volunteers and employees to deliver meals to seniors in their district.

-Daily interaction and correspondence with recipients of meals. -Act as a point of contact for meal recipients. -Provide home visits to all clients to assess eligibility.-Refer clients to other resources and follow up by phone quarterly and annually. -Contribute and participate in the Marin City Community Lunch program and other related special events. -Support annual fundraiser.
